The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by OCP/Zoning Amendment Bylaws No. 2215 and 2216 (GSD Holdco Ltd.), 2015 which proposes to amend the OCP from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to LSI(Light/Service Industrial) and to amend the zoning from R-3 (Residential 3 Zone) to I-1 (Light Industrial) to allow for the development of the subject property as light industrial.
