North Peace Leisure Facility Land Acquisition, REOI 48-2022
Description:
The Peace River Regional District, City of Fort St. John and District of Taylor are working together on a feasibility study to explore options for a new recreation facility to serve the North Peace region. Part of the study requires the identification of possible sites for a new facility that will be evaluated and considered by the North Peace Leisure Facility Replacement Steering Committee, and ultimately the Board of the Peace River Regional District. The intention of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to identify land available for sale or donation for the future home of the North Peace Leisure Facility.

All REOI submissions must be uploaded electronically to https://prrd-bc.bonfirehub.ca/.
EXPRESSION OF INTERESTS for “North Peace Leisure Facility Land Acquisition, REOI 48-2022” must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Submission Deadline September 22, 2022 2:00 PM PDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the Submission Deadline to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the REOI documents, including any addenda issued during the REOI period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the Expression of Interest, before the Expression of Interest is submitted.
