Housing Needs Assessment RFP 08-2020

Description:

The Peace River Regional District (“the Regional District”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment intended to assist the Regional District and partner member municipalities to understand the current housing situation, to inform future policy and strategic decisions. The project is also intended to fulfill the Regional District’s and participating member municipalities’ (Dawson Creek, Pouce Coupe, Hudson Hope, and Chetwynd) obligations under Division 22 of the Local Government Act and the Housing Needs Report Regulation, 90/2019.

PROPOSALS clearly marked “Housing Needs Assessment RFP 08-2020” will be received at procurement@prrd.bc.ca  until  2:00 p.m. (local time) on May 8, 2020.  Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. 

 

Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFP documents, including any addenda issued during the RFP period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the quote, before the quote is submitted.

 

Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.

 

The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion.  The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
