An official community plan (OCP) is a general statement of objectives and policies to guide decisions on planning and land use management, respecting the purposes of local government, within a designated planning area. The PRRD Official Community Plan bylaws were adopted by the Board of the Peace River Regional District to guide decision-making, stewardship, and future activity within the plan area.
When considering a development please check with a land-use planner to confirm whether the proposal meets regulatory requirements, or requires an application.
