NOTICE OF MEETINGS
Meetings of the Peace River Regional Hospital District and Peace River Regional District Boards will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the The George Dawson Inn located at 11705 8 Street in Dawson Creek, BC. Agendas may be viewed on the PRRD’s web page at www.prrd.bc.ca/agendas-minutes/
The Regional District understands that many people may not be able to attend in person, and has put in place additional processes to allow the public to continue to ‘be in the know’ about what’s happening at the Board meetings. Meetings are livestreamed via Facebook, and posted online after the meeting in case you miss it.
The PRRD will accept gallery questions and comments from the public, either at the meeting, or via email in advance, sent to tyra.henderson@prrd.bc.ca. Your comments and your name will be read out loud during the Gallery Questions and Comments portion of the meeting. Gallery comments are limited to items on the agenda, and each person has up to two minutes to share their views or pose questions for the Board’s consideration.
