The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2232 (Fell), 2016 which proposes to rezone Lot 7, Section 24, Township 84, Range 19, W6M, PRD Plan 9578 except Plan 18582 (North of Fort St John, along the Rose Prairie Road) from A-2 (Large Agricultural Holdings Zone) to R-5 (Residential 5 Zone) to facilitate a subdivision.
