The Purpose of this Public Information Meeting is to hear from owners and occupiers of land whose interests may be impacted by the proposed bylaw amendments.
Proposal: To amend the OCP from SC (Settlement Centre) to LSI (Light/Service Industrial) and to amend the zoning from R-2 (Residential 2 Zone) to I-1 (Light Industrial) of an approximately 3.0 ha portion of the subject property to allow for the development as light industrial.
