The purpose of this Public Meeting is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2211 (Northern Vac Services), 2015 which proposes to rezone an approximately 22.8 ha (56.4 acres) portion of the subject property from R-4 (Residential 4 Zone) to R-1 (Residential 1 Zone) to allow for the subdivision of 23 residential lots varying in size from 0.7 ha to 2.0 ha (1.8 acres to 4.7 acres) and to rezone a 10 ha portion of the subject property from R-4 (Residential 4 Zone) to C-2 (General Commercial Zone) to satisfy the conditions of exclusion set forth by the Agricultural Land Commission.
