The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2219 (GTX Cavating), 2015 which propose to rezone the property from R-3 (Residential 3 Zone) to I-1 (Light Industrial Zone) to allow for the operation of an excavating company and the subsequent construction of a 4,000 ft² shop and a 1,500 ft² office.
