The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed OCP and Zoning Amendment Bylaws No. 2151 and 2152, 2015 which proposes to to redesignate the parcel from “Agricultural” to MDR “Medium Density Rural Residential” and rezone the parcel from A2 (Large Agricultural Holdings Zone), to R4 (Residential 4 Zone) for Rural Residential Use.
