The Purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear from owners and occupiers of land whose interests may be impacted by the proposed bylaw amendment.
Proposal: To rezone the approximate 25 ha (62 acre) portion west of the gully from A-2 (Large Agricultural Holdings Zone) to A-1 (Small Agricultural Holdings Zone) to facilitate the subdivision of a 25 ha parcel.
Northeast of Fort St John along the 257 Road.
