That the Regional Board authorize Development Variance Permit No. 19-203, to reduce the required setback for principal buildings or structures from the rear parcel line in the I-1 (Industrial 1) Zone of ‘PRRD Zoning Bylaw No. 1343, 2001’ from 7 metres to 4.6 metres for the property identified as PID 014-848-708; further that issuance of Development Variance Permit No. 19-203 be conditional on the owner of the property completing the 5 metre wide vegetation buffer and a wooden board fence, as required by Restrictive Covenant BB0918254 Terms of Instrument – Part Two Section 219 Covenant (1.a).
