That the Regional Board respectfully refuse to give Rural Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2534, 2023, to amend the designation of a ±1.8 ha portion of the property identified as PID 014-969-041 from Agriculture Rural (Ag-Rural) to Civic, Assembly, and Institutional (Civic) first and second readings; further:

That the Regional Board respectfully refuse to give Peace River Regional District Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2535, 2023, to rezone the same property from Agriculture Rural (Ag-Rural) to Public (P) first and second readings as the proposal is not consistent with the OCP or zoning bylaws.
