That the Regional Board give Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2448, 2022, to rezone a ±28 hectare portion of the property identified as PID 004-012-046 from A-2 “Large Agricultural Holdings Zone” to R-2 “Residential-2 Zone” to facilitate a future subdivision, third reading.
