That the Regional Board authorize issuance of Development Variance Permit No. 21-006, to allow a reduction in the front parcel line setback for the property identified as PID 012-955-213 as follows:

a) From 7 metres to 3.77 metres on the northeast corner of the existing building;
b) From 7 metres to 3.50 metres at the southeast corner of the existing building; and
c) From 7 metres to 3.42 metres on the southeast corner of the addition
within PRRD Zoning Bylaw No. 1343, 2001.                                                                           CARRIED
