That the Regional Board accept the September 12, 2018 request from Cyril and Tarla Brewster to have Application 14-097 (Official Community Plan (OCP) and Zoning Amendment Bylaws No. 2127 & 2128, 2014), considered prior to completion of the West Peace Fringe Area OCP, further, that prior to bringing the application forward, staff be directed to work with the applicant to develop an alternative option for the proposed land use amendment based on staff and public concerns.
