Radio and Repeater Systems Inventory and Assessment – Request for Proposal

The Peace River Regional District invites the submission of proposals from suitably qualified professionals to assess and inventory existing fire dispatch equipment, removal of redundant equipment and assess radio and repeater antenna systems owned by the Regional District.

Proponents are solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed and included in their proposal. Any addenda or clarifying information will ONLY be posted to the Regional District’s website.

Five Potable Water Treatment and Bulk Water Loading Stations – Request for Qualifications

The Peace River Regional District is seeking a competent, professional firm to provide the services necessary for the operation, monitoring, maintenance and reporting for the water systems in Area ‘B’.  The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to review certifications of interested parties and ascertain who is qualified to proceed to the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage of the proponent selection.

Submissions must be received no later than 2 p.m. (local time) May 30, 2018.; electronically to the attention of Kimberly Zackodnik, EIT. at kzackodnik@urbansystems.ca.  Submissions should be clearly marked “RFQ – PRRD Operation of Five Potable Water Treatment and Bulk Water Loading Stations.”

Architectural Services – Chetwynd Library – Request for Proposal

The Peace River Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural services for the construction of a new 8,000 square foot library facility in Chetwynd, BC.   The Regional District intends to retain one architectural firm (and associated qualified team of professionals) (the successful proponent) to complete the following scope of work: Phase 1 – Conceptual Design Development Phase;  Phase 2 – Community Consultation;  Phase 3 – Detailed Design and Tender Phase; Phase 4 – Construction Services; and Phase 5 – Post Construction Services.

Bessborough Landfill Leachate Impoundment Design/Tender Services – Request for Proposal

The Peace River Regional District invites the submission of proposals from suitably qualified professionals to provide consulting services to perform modeling and undertake a detailed design for the construction of a lined leachate impoundment, forcemain, evaporation system, and electrical infrastructure for the Bessborough Landfill. This includes the preparation of technical specifications, tender documents, and tender administration as described in the Request for Proposal.

An optional proponent information meeting will be held on May 30, 2018 at 1 p.m. (local time) at the landfill to discuss the project. The landfill is located approximately 15 kilometres northwest of Dawson Creek, BC.

Hudson’s Hope Transfer Station Site Attendant – Invitation to Tender

The Peace River Regional District invites the submission of bids from qualified individuals or companies to supply the services of site attendant, for a three-year period, at the Hudson’s Hope Transfer Station.

Chetwynd Landfill Phase B Closure Cover Design/Tender Services – Request for Proposal

The Peace River Regional District invites interested professionals to submit a proposal to provide consulting services for the design and tender services to construct Phase B closure cover for the Chetwynd Landfill. 

An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. (local time) at the landfill to discuss the Project.  A copy of the Request for Proposal is available on the BCBid website at:  www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.

SEALED proposals clearly marked “Chetwynd Landfill Phase B Closure Cover Design/Tender Services“ will be received by the Peace River Regional District, 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 4H8  until  2 p.m. (local time) on May 25, 2018.  Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the bidder.  Proposals will be opened privately after the closing time.  For more details, refer to the complete Notice.

Hired Equipment Registration

The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) invites submissions from qualified contractors to be included on a registered list for Hired Equipment for short notice emergency services.  During emergency events the use of hired equipment may be essential, contractors will be called to provide various services.

Submissions shall be marked “2018 Hired Equipment Registration” and can be submitted to the Peace River Regional District, Box 810, 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek V1G 4H8 or emailed to prrd.dc@prrd.bc.ca or faxed (250) 784-3201.
