Zoning Bylaws
A zoning bylaw is the primary regulation for implementing the objectives and policies of an Official Community Plan (OCP). The zoning bylaw establishes specific land use regulations through the creation of land use zones. Typical zoning categories include: agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional.
