Rural Volunteer Achievement Awards & Recognition

As part of the Rural Recreation and Cultural Grants-in-Aid program, each year the PRRD presents awards to honour rural volunteerism and recognize the dedication of volunteers and organizations who help to provide recreation and leisure services in the rural areas. Recipients are nominated by their peers and colleagues in the following categories:

  • Individual Volunteer Achievement

  • Rural Organization
