The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from those persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the OCP and Zoning Amendment Bylaws No. 2228, 2015 and 2238, 2016 which proposes to re-designate and rezone 19.37 ha (47.8 acres) of the subject property for construction and operation of a battery and production facility (The South Central Liquids Hub).
